Ride it for up to 30 days. If your sit bones aren’t happier than they were, send it back and we’ll refund it. Saddle comfort genuinely depends on your bike and how you ride, so if it’s not right for you we’d rather refund you than argue about it. No restocking fee.

Why wide works

You sit on two bones. Give them somewhere to sit.

Every chair you’ve ever found comfortable supports your sit bones, the two bony points at the base of your pelvis. A narrow saddle can’t reach them, so your weight lands on the soft tissue in between. That’s the ache, the numbness, and the “I’m done after 20 minutes.”

CloudSaddle is shaped like the answer: a platform wide enough for both sit bones, firm CloudCore™ foam that supports without the sink-in mush of cheap “comfort saddles”, and a hollow relief cutout down the middle so the sensitive bits carry nothing at all.

Five-minute swap

Three steps, one bolt.

1

Unbolt your old saddle

One bolt under the seat, loosened with the included tool. The old saddle lifts off its rails.

2

Clamp on the CloudSaddle

Same standard rails as every bike: city, e-bike, cruiser, folding, and indoor spin bikes. Tighten the bolt, done.

3

Level it and ride

Set the top level with the ground, then take your 30-day test ride. Most people feel the difference in the first ten minutes.

Straight answers

What it is, and what it isn’t

What it is

A wide, cushioned, suspended seat for upright riding: commuting, e-bikes, cruisers, trails at a human pace, and indoor spin bikes. If you sit fairly upright and your current seat hurts, this is the fix.

What it isn’t

A racing saddle. If you ride drop bars in an aggressive tuck, a wide platform will rub your thighs and you should keep your narrow saddle. We’re not going to pretend otherwise.

“I ride an e-bike to work every day and my old seat was torture. This one is wide enough that I’m sitting on it, not perched on it. Night and day.”

Questions

Before you buy

Will it fit my bike?
Almost certainly. CloudSaddle mounts on the standard dual-rail system that virtually every bike uses: city bikes, hybrids, e-bikes, cruisers, folding bikes, mountain bikes and kids’ bikes with a standard seatpost clamp. If your current saddle came off with one bolt, this one goes on the same way. Mounting tools are included.
Does it work on a spin bike or exercise bike?
Yes. Indoor exercise bikes and most spin bikes use the same standard rails as outdoor bikes, so the swap is identical: one bolt, five minutes. If your indoor seat is the reason you skip workouts, this is the cheapest fix there is.
Is a wide seat harder to pedal on?
Not for upright riding. Sitting upright, your thighs angle down and forward and clear the platform easily. The honest exception: an aggressive, leaned-forward racing position, where a wide seat will rub. If that’s how you ride, keep your racing saddle.
Is it for men or women?
Both. Sit-bone support and the center relief channel matter for every body. The platform is wide enough to support a broader sit-bone stance, which is why so many of our riders are women who found standard saddles were never designed for them in the first place.
How hard is installation, really?
One bolt. Loosen it, lift your old saddle off, clamp the CloudSaddle on, level the top, tighten. The mounting tool comes in the box, and the whole thing takes about five minutes the first time.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
Ride it for up to 30 days. If your rides aren’t more comfortable, send it back and we’ll refund it. No restocking fee, no argument.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping on every order. US orders typically arrive in 5–9 business days, and CA/UK/IE/AU/NZ in 7–12. Tracking on every order.
